Voice calls originating in the UK to telephone numbers starting 01, 02 and most 07, are charged at 20p per minute inclusive of VAT. Voice calls are charged in sixty second units with a minimum usage per call of 60 seconds. A call is deemed to be made when a call duration of greater than or equal to one second is registered by the network.
SMS originating in the UK to telephone numbers starting 01, 02 and most 07, are charged at 20p per SMS sent inclusive of VAT.
Not all 07 numbers are charged at the above rates as the 07 number range is used by a range of different companies, networks and service providers. Numbers starting with any of the following prefixes (as shown) are not included in the above rates. In addition, if you wish to call / SMS an 07 number that is not issued by the following networks: EE (BT Mobile), Three, Vodafone, 02, please get in touch to check the call rates.

Our SIM cards on PLAN20 will work on all UK and selected European networks subject to the equipment that the SIM card is used in. Your alarm|SIM CARD will be allocated a phone number with a prefix of 07452, 07624, 07839 or 07978 and if you wish to call these numbers, your telephone provider may not include these call types in any "inclusive call" plan that you have.
